Dr. Doug Anderson is an engaging and dynamic consultant and coach. He specializes in empowering schools, corporations, families and individuals to maximize their potential to achieve value-based goals toward success, fulfillment and happiness. Working with clients in the U.S. and internationally, Doug specializes in increasing on-the-job success and fulfillment for professionals and entrepreneurs to find solutions for difficulties at home while maximizing productivity at work to reach their full potential. Doug combines his expertise with passion and practical strategies. He has trained thousands of professionals and has an exceptional rating for satisfaction and recommendations. Doug’s professional experiences include teaching graduate level courses for the University of Minnesota, University of MN Rochester Center, and Augsburg College. Doug is a recognized author and will be highlighted in Dr. Maure Ann Metzger upcoming book that emphasizes successful student discipline and engagement. Doug lives life to the fullest in Minneapolis, MN with two children and dog Molly. Doug is passionate about his family, friends and community. He spends his free time outdoors and loves hiking, water sports, volleyball and cross country skiing. Doug loves to travel and to experience new adventures. He has personal experience balancing the demands of owning his own business while navigating the stress of family members with chronic health and mental health concerns.Doug earned his Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota. He has more than 15 years of experience as a licensed psychologist and school psychologist. In addition, Doug has received extensive coach training in programs certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
